At Audio Trader, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound experience; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Audio Trader account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and remote controls are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
